Simplicity Home Staging & Design was created with a passion for interior design focusing on simplifying the design of our clients’ homes. Simplicity Home offers interior design for clients who also desire to freshen up their living space! 

In addition, Home Staging has become more and more popular as both realtors and homeowners have seen that a staged and simplified home sells faster and often increases the selling price. We specialize in occupied home staging.

I wanted to take a few moments to let you in on what's been happening in the life of our business in this Summer of 2024! This year is not about a "new me"... it's about trusting deeper!

Some fun projects we are currently working on include:

• Diving head first into a complete condo remodel
• Loving on a new client with giving her a fresh and comfortable living space 
• Selecting new flooring & paint for a client's new home
• Researching the right selection of bar stools, desk stools, roman shades, pillows, etc to add to their new ground up build with their family of 6
• Helping multiple clients and real estate agents with selling their homes quicker by lending our expertise of occupied staging 

It's about trusting God that He has the Best Plan for this amazing business and listening to each whisper of His voice in how to serve our clients best. 

I feel it is important for you to know that if you I get the pleasure of working with you as a client, either in design or home staging, you will be prayed over!

A lot of people I run into have reservations about hiring an interior designer because they think that the designer will have their own agenda. Each of my former clients know that the first most important part of my job is to listen to the practical needs of their family in their home, office, and/or commercial space. 

That is always in the forefront of my mind.

I would not have quite dreamed business would look so different and yet grow and stretch me so much this past year. We were even able to help clients living in California and in Florida! So even if you know someone in need that is not local, we would love to help them!

My whole outlook for Simplicity Home Staging & Design is to keep growing!! I always tell clients, please just ask me...there is no way to list everything we do or will do, so just ask!
