Simplicity Home Staging & Design was created with a passion for interior design focusing on simplifying the design of our clients’ homes. We want our clients to walk into their home feeling "A Breath of Fresh Air" where they can truly relax! 

In addition, Home Staging has become more and more popular as both realtors and homeowners have seen that a staged and simplified home sells faster and often increases the selling price. We specialize in occupied home staging.

Bringing the business FULL CIRCLE is even more special when we get to help clients stage their current home to sell and then once they find their new adventure home we help them with furniture placement, renovation, or decorating.

As we turn the corner of 5.5 years in business, with our best year yet in 2025, I wanted to take a few moments to let you in on what's been happening in the life of our business in the last year and at the start of 2026! 

WOW!! As I look back on ALL the blessings God has revealed in our business this past year alone, I am thankful and in awe!

Some fun projects we are completed/currently working on include:

• Completion of such a beautiful Ground Up forever home in Waleska, GA
• Finishing up our BIGGEST Home Renovation project to date in Ball Ground while now working on decorating it for the client
• Completion of a stunning Kitchen Renovation in Canton, GA
• Helped an awesome local business that were moving from Roswell to Canton into a new office space with furniture placement, paint colors, and design suggestions  
• Completion of vacant stagings in Big Canoe
• Helping multiple clients and real estate agents with selling their homes quicker by lending our expertise and hands on work of occupied staging 

It's about trusting God that He has the Best Plan for this amazing business and listening to each whisper of His voice in how to serve our clients best. 

I feel it is important for you to know that if we get the pleasure of working with you as a client, either in design or home staging, you will be prayed over!

A lot of people I run into have reservations about hiring an interior designer because they think that the designer will have their own agenda. Each of my former clients know that the first most important part of our job is to listen to the practical needs of their family in their home, office, and/or commercial space. 

That is always in the forefront of my mind...

I would not have quite dreamed this business would look so different and yet grow and stretch me so much this past year. In the past we were even able to help clients with a commercial bakery and in the past states away!
